1 tbsp Sour Cream
 
1 tbsp Cream Cheese
 
65g Broccoli
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
25g Cheddar Cheese
 
1 tsp Olive Oil
 
2 pinches Salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Add broccoli to a steamer (or use a pot with a metal strainer or colander)

Steam the broccoli for about 7 min

Let it cool a bit, then chop using a knife or food processor until finely minced

In a bowl, combine chopped broccoli, egg, cheese, and salt

Mix until well incorporated

Scoop about 1 tbsp of mixture and form it into a ball

Place on the lined baking sheet and cover lightly with olive oil

Continue until the mixture is used up

Bake for 25-30 min or until lightly golden and cooked through

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, and salt for the dip

Serve the broccoli balls with the dip and enjoy!
