Ingredients:
 
150g Smoked Salmon Fillet
 
80g Broccoli
 
150g Feta Cheese
 
3 tbsp Sesame Seeds
 
22ml Olive Oil
 
2 pinches Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions:

Add broccoli florets to a steamer (or you can use a pot with a metal strainer or colander) and steam for about 10 min or until tender but still bright green

Season with a pinch of salt

For the dressing, in a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper

Cut the smoked salmon into smaller pieces

In a bowl, combine steamed broccoli with salmon and feta

Drizzle the dressing

Toss well

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
