1 tbsp Sour Cream
 
2 tsp Cream Cheese
 
65g Feta Cheese
 
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
115g Broccoli
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
1 pinch Salt
 
2 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions:
1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Add broccoli to a steamer (or you can use a pot with a metal strainer or colander) and steam for about 10 min or until tender

Chop broccoli, using a knife or food processor, until finely minced

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, egg, and feta cheese

Mix until well incorporated

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, cream cheese, garlic, and salt for the dressing

5.

Scoop about 1 tbsp of the mixture and form it into a ball

Place on a lined baking sheet and grease it with a little bit of olive oil

Continue until the mixture is used up

6.

Bake for about 20 min or until lightly golden and cooked through
