0.5 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
 
3 Egg White(s)
 
1 tbsp Parsley
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Dried Oregano
 
1 pinch Dried Parsley
 
1 pinch Dried Basil
 
40g Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Place broccoli and pour whisked egg whites in a baking dish

Season with dried oregano, dried parsley, dried basil, ground black pepper, and drizzle with rapeseed oil

By the end of cooking, add Cheddar cheese and leave the casserole in the oven until the cheese melts
