180g Cauliflower
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
80g Broccoli
 
20g Cheddar Cheese
 
35g Bacon
 
22ml Olive Oil

Instructions:
1.

Preheat an oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a bowl, add broccoli and cauliflower florets and toss with olive oil, ground black pepper, and salt

Place cauliflower and broccoli florets on the baking sheet and bake until the vegetables become lightly golden for about 15-20 min

Set aside

Heat a frying pan over medium heat

Add bacon slices

Fry for about 1-2 min on both sides or until browned and crispy

5.

Chop the bacon into smaller pieces

6.

In a bowl, combine prepared vegetables with bacon

Add grated cheddar cheese

Toss well
