85g Cheddar Cheese
 
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 
15g Chives
 
15g Mayonnaise
 
150g Broccoli
 
60g Bacon
 
1 pinch Salt
 
15g Mustard

Instructions:

Cook broccoli in boiling water for about 2 min until tender

Set aside

Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add bacon and cook until crispy

Then slice it into small pieces

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and salt

Assemble broccoli, bacon, and cheddar cheese in a bowl

Pour over the mayonnaise mixture and toss until ingredients are combined

Garnish with chives and enjoy!
