Ingredients:
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Chives
 
0.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
 
2 pinches Ground Paprika
 
55g Cauliflower
 
0.5 tbsp Mustard
 
2 Egg(s)
 
4 leaves Basil
 
50g Pork Sausage
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:
1.

Boil the eggs for 10 min in a saucepan of simmering water

Cool, peel, chop and place them in a bowl

Meanwhile add cauliflower florets into a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles rice

3.

Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat

Add chopped pork sausage and stir-fry for 4 min or until cooked through

Add cauliflower rice and cook for 2 min more

4.

Add cauliflower rice, pork sausage, chives, mayonnaise, and mustard to the bowl

Season with salt, ground black pepper, and smoked paprika

Mix everything together, garnish with basil leaves, and enjoy!
