90g Kale
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
25g Blue Cheese
 
15g Butter
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
7g Mayonnaise
 
45ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream)
 
2g Mustard

Instructions:

Rinse kale, remove and discard the thick stem and chop kale into small pieces

Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat

Add kale and saute for 3 min
