20g Bell Peppers
 
35g (0.33 cup) Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:

Cut bell pepper in half across the middle, then cut two 2

Remove seeds and ribs

Place the bell pepper rings in a frying pan with olive oil and fry over medium-high heat
