1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
24g Bacon
 
1 tsp Butter
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
5g Jalapeño
 
1 pinch Smoked Paprika
 
170g Bell Peppers
 
1 pinch Salt
 
55g Pork Sausage

Instructions:
1.

Melt the butter over medium-low heat in a skillet

Add chopped bell pepper, cover the skillet and cook for up to 10 min

Add the sliced pork sausage into the skillet with bell pepper

Chop up the bacon and add to the skillet too

Cook until the bacon and pork sausage is browned and cooked through

Add chopped white onion, minced garlic, and jalapeno to the same skillet with bacon and pork sausage

Season with salt, ground black pepper, and smoked paprika

Cook uncovered for about 5 min
