60g Tomatoes
 
20g Mozzarella Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Oregano
 
1 pinch Thyme
 
80g Beef Steak
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
1 tbsp Mustard
 
1 tbsp Butter
 
0.5 tbsp Parsley
 
0.5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 
50g Courgette (Zucchini)

Instructions:
1.

In a bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, garlic, half of the olive oil, dried thyme, and dried oregano

Pour over beef and let marinate for 10-15 min

Melt butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat

Add beef and fry for 5-6 min on each side

Place beef, mozzarella, tomato, lettuce, and parsley on a plate

Drizzle with remaining olive oil and season with salt and ground black pepper

Serve with mustard and enjoy!
