1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
115g Cauliflower
 
0.5 tsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
100g Beef
 
2 tbsp Tomato Puree

Instructions:

Place cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles rice

Set aside

Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat

Add garlic and fry for about 30 sec

Then add ground beef and cook for 8-10 min until brown

Add cauliflower rice and gently fold through the mixture, cook for 2-3 min until cauliflower is tender

Add tomato sauce, salt, ground black pepper, and stir well

Serve and enjoy! NOTE: feel free to use frozen vegetables
