23ml Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Ground Ginger
 
0.5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 
1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
110g Beef
 
350g Cabbage

Instructions:

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat

Add the ground beef, garlic, ground ginger, salt, ground black pepper, stir well, and cook until brown

Set aside

Meanwhile, heat the remaining olive oil in a separate pan over medium heat

Add cabbage and cook until brown

Stir in apple cider vinegar and ground cayenne pepper (optional)

Add cooked ground beef and cook until well heated
