55g Minced Beef (Ground Beef)
 
40g Cheddar Cheese
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 cloves Garlic Cloves
 
150g Bell Peppers

Instructions:
1.

Preheat the oven to 250°C/475°F

Cut the bell pepper in half, then carefully remove the seeds

Place the bell pepper in a baking dish

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add ground beef, minced garlic, salt, and ground black pepper

Cook for about 3-5 min, stirring occasionally

Stuff the bell pepper with the cooked beef and top with cheddar cheese
