Beef Stroganoff with Mince Meat

This creamy and savory dish is a keto-friendly version of the classic Stroganoff. Tender ground beef is cooked with fragrant herbs and spices in a velvety sauce. Almond flour is used as a low-carb substitute for traditional flour to thicken the sauce, making it keto-friendly. Served over your favorite low-carb noodles or on a bed of cauliflower rice, this comforting dish is perfect for a satisfying and nutritious meal.

Ingredients:
 
28g Butter
 
110g Minced Beef (Ground Beef)
 
3 pinches Salt
 
3 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
90g Mushrooms
 
2 tbsp Water
 
80ml Sour Cream
 
3 pinches Smoked Paprika
 
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
1 tbsp Parsley
 
2 cloves Garlic Cloves

Instructions:
1.

Preheat a frying pan over medium heat, then add butter

Once the butter has melted and stopped foaming, add minced garlic

Saute the garlic until it's fragrant, then add the ground beef

Season with salt and black pepper

Continue cooking the ground beef and use a wooden spoon to break it into smaller pieces

When done, transfer it to a bowl and set it aside

Drain most of the fat from the frying pan, leaving just enough on the bottom to cook the mushrooms

Turn the heat back to medium

Slice the mushrooms and add them, along with some water, to the pan

Continue cooking until the water has reduced by half, and the mushrooms are tender

Set the mushrooms aside

Turn the heat down to low, then whisk the sour cream and smoked paprika into the frying pan

Add the cooked beef and mushrooms back into the pan and stir

Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley into the beef and mushrooms

Serve and enjoy!
