Ingredients:
 
3 tbsp Feta Cheese
 
4 tsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 tsp Lemon Juice
 
1 pinch Dried Rosemary
 
70g Cherry Tomatoes
 
90g Mixed Leaf Salad
 
100g Beef Steak
 
2 cloves Garlic Cloves

Instructions:

Season beef steak with salt, rosemary, and ground black pepper

Heat half of the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat

Add the beef, garlic, and fry for about 4-5 min

Flip the beef and fry for 3-5 min longer or to desired doneness, basting with juices (each steak will take 4 min in total for rare, 5-6 min in total for medium, and 8-10 min for well done)

Slice the beef

In a bowl, arrange salad greens, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and sliced beef steak

Drizzle with lemon juice and the remaining olive oil
