0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
3 cloves Garlic Cloves
 
3 tbsp Chives
 
2 tbsp Basil
 
2 tbsp Rosemary
 
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
 
30g (1.00 cup) Rocket (Arugula)
 
120g Cherry Tomatoes
 
150g Beef Fillet

Instructions:

Rub beef fillet with minced garlic, fresh rosemary, and fresh basil

Season it with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper

Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat

Then, add the beef fillet to the frying pan and fry for about 3-6 min on each side for a medium-raw fillet

Let the beef fillet cool for 5 min, then slice and set it aside

In a bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes with rocket leaves and fresh chives

Season the salad with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper

Drizzle it with olive oil and lemon juice

Toss well
