1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
50g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 
115g Beef Fillet
 
2.5 tbsp Coriander (Cilantro)

Instructions:
1.

Slice the beef fillet and courgette into 1-2 in/ 2

5-5 cm strips

2.

Heat olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over high heat

Add beef strips and cook for 2-3 min

When the beef is brown, add in courgette strips and cook for 3-4 min

5.

Add tamari sauce, garlic, and coriander

Cook for 2-3 min more and serve in a bowl
