60g (0.50 cup) Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:
1.

Preheat an oven to 200°C

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add ground beef into the frying pan and season with salt and ground black pepper

Cook the ground beef for about 15 min or until cooked through

Place the cooked ground beef and chopped bell pepper into a baking dish

Make a well/wells in the mixture using a spoon and crack in the egg/eggs into it/them

Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and bake for about 10-15 min
