120g Courgette (Zucchini)
 
30g (1.00 cup) Spinach
 
1 clove Garlic Cloves
 
85g Cheddar Cheese
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
2 tbsp Parsley
 
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
 
130g Salmon Fillet

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
