30g Bacon
 
1 tbsp Butter
 
1 Egg(s)
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 tbsp Chives
 
50g (0.50 cup) Mushrooms
 
1 pinch Salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 220°C

Melt the butter in a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat

Add the diced bacon, mushrooms, courgette, chives, and fry for 3-4 min, stirring occasionally

Season with salt and ground black pepper

Remove fried bacon, mushrooms, courgette, and chives from the heat
