90g Salmon Fillet
 
25g Asparagus
 
140g Cauliflower
 
1 tbsp Olive Oil
 
2 pinches Salt
 
2 pinches Ground Black Pepper
 
1 Lemon(s)
 
50g Bacon
 
35ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream)

Instructions:

Season the salmon fillet with salt and ground black pepper

Wrap the salmon with bacon

Preheat the oven to 375°F-195°C

Place baking foil on a baking tray and drizzle it with olive oil

Add bacon-wrapped salmon and cook it for about 10-15 min

Meanwhile, cut cauliflower into medium florets and add it into a food processor

Pour in double cream

Blend everything until the consistency of a purée

Season the purée with salt and ground black pepper

Cut off the tough bottom ends of the asparagus

Bring the water to a boil

Cook asparagus until just tender and bright green or about 3 to 5 min

Serve bacon-wrapped salmon on a plate with cauliflower purée and asparagus

Drizzle with lemon juice and enjoy!
