55g Prawns (Shrimp)
 
55g Bacon
 
1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Smoked Paprika
 
1 pinch Chilli Powder
 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions:
1.

Preheat an oven to 205°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper

In a bowl, gently toss prawns with smoked paprika, chilli powder (optional), salt, ground black pepper, and lemon juice to coat

Cut the bacon rashers in half and wrap each prawn in one bacon half-slice

Insert a toothpick through the bacon to secure the wrap

Arrange the prawns in a single layer on the prepared baking tray

Roast the bacon-wrapped prawns for 10-12 min, flipping it halfway

5.

Once the prawns are done, carefully remove the toothpicks

6.

Serve with mayonnaise
