65g Kale
 
31g Bacon
 
2 Egg(s)
 
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1.5 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
 
2 pinches Salt

Instructions:
1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Cut up the bacon and saute in an ovenproof skillet greased with olive oil

In the same skillet with bacon, saute kale for a minute, stirring to coat with bacon fat

Season with a pinch of salt

Whisk the egg/eggs and season with another pinch of salt

Then pour the eggs over bacon and kale and swirl the pan to make sure the whisked egg/eggs are distributed in an even layer

Top with grated cheddar cheese

Place the skillet in the oven and bake for about 15 min
