Ingredients:
 
50g Broccoli
 
100g Cheddar Cheese
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
1 pinch Salt
 
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
1 pinch Garlic Powder
 
1 pinch Dried Oregano
 
80g Chicken Breast
 
1 pinch Ground Paprika
 
1 pinch Dried Basil
 
35g Asparagus

Instructions:
1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Cut asparagus into smaller pieces

Add asparagus together with broccoli to a steamer (or you can use a pot with a metal strainer or colander) and steam for about 6-8 min

Cut the chicken into smaller size pieces

Season with ground paprika, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of ground black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add the chicken and cook for a few minutes until the chicken cooks through

Add finely steamed broccoli and asparagus to the chicken pan and toss well

Season with dried oregano, dried basil, and garlic powder

Toss again

6.

Transfer chicken with broccoli and asparagus into a baking dish

Add cheddar cheese over the chicken with vegetables

Bake for a few minutes until the cheddar cheese melts

Serve and enjoy!
