With a salty flavour from anchovies and a bold kick from fresh garlic, it packs a punch that is sure to satisfy any snack craving. Ingredients:
 
2 cloves Garlic Cloves
 
1 Anchovy Fillet(s)
 
2 tbsp Olive Oil
 
100g Asparagus

Instructions:
1.

Add asparagus into a medium-size pot and cover with cold water, cover it with a lid and bring to boil, then reduce to simmer and cook for 5 min or until soft

In the meantime chop anchovies, add them to a saucepan, and cook for 5 min on medium heat

Lower the heat, add minced garlic clove and cook for 1 min, then, add 5 tbsp of water and simmer for another 5 min until ingredients are soft

4.

Transfer to a small bowl, mix in the olive oil, serve with cooked asparagus and enjoy!
